Why Planes Can Fly in the Air ?

Aircraft is one of air transportation. By boarding the plane, we can go to other areas quickly. Maybe not everyone been on an airplane, but surely everyone has seen the aircraft, both directly and see images on television or the internet. But have we ever thought how could a plane with a heavy load as it can fly freely in the air? How can aircraft not attracted by Earth's gravity? How far up the plane can fly.

Here's the explanation why planes can fly in the air:

Apparently it is still closely associated with science fluid mechanism. Fluid is a substance that can flow. Therefore, the fluid is called substance flow. And knowledge of the basic mechanisms of fluid is how the aircraft.

What is the relationship between the mechanisms of fluid to the workings of an airplane. There are several factors that influence it, among others:

1. Weight (Weight)

Every thing that occupies space, has mass. Each mass is affected by the gravitational field, has weight. This also applies to the aircraft. Each aircraft components, ranging from fuselage, passengers, up to the trunk, adding the weight of the aircraft.

Gravity is causing any items that are not attached to the ground, or who were not arrested will always fall to the ground. Gravity always attracts everything to the center of gravity.

2. Style Lift (elevator)

Aircraft, the air being held by the lift (elevator) net generated by the entire airframe. Of course, the biggest component produces lift is part of the wing (wing). How is lift generated?

Lift is generated by the flow of air as it flows over the wing deflected. In fact, not only when passing through the wing, lift is also generated when we put the paper in front of the air flow at a certain angle. The point is: the flow and the flow deflection. This can be proved with the plane of the paper. If the plane is removed without being given a boost to the front of the plane will still fall to the ground. This suggests that there needs to be airflow lift can be generated.

When the air flow deflected, action-reaction occurs between the airflow and the air deflect objects (wing paper). When the air flow straight then turn after initially bent by the flow object. That is, there is a force which the object is to be done by the air flow.

For every action there is an equal reaction in the opposite direction of the action. Object had been working on an action in the air flow, the air flow will also be working on the same reaction to the object. Approximately these images illustrate the workings of the plane of the paper.

After learning that the lift generated because the direction of the air flow deflected. Then why could turn the air flow? Henri Coanda (1886-1972) discovered a phenomenon that fluid flow tends to stick to the surface nearby. This means that the air will not be directly terbablas granted, but the shape of the surface that is nearby.

This means that streamline the flow of the fluid is changed according to the shape of the surface nearby. This causes the air flow on the paper unbending when we had (or when passing through the surface of the wing).

3. Bernoulli Effect

If the weight of the aircraft can be seen from the Earth's gravity, the lift can be seen as a result of the pressure difference between the upper and lower surface. Nett elevator (lift net) can only occur if the pressure under the wing is greater than the pressure above the wing.

According to Bernoulli, this can only be produced when the flow velocity at the bottom of the wing is smaller than the speed of the air flow at the top of the wing.

The stuff above is what caused the aircraft to fly freely in the air without attracted by Earth's gravity.
